Szabolcs Koroknai is a retail expert and economist. He began his real estate career in the year 2000 at Mammut SHC Development. After completing this project, he worked for 15 years as a retail broker, first at Colliers and then at CBRE, where he served as the Head of Retail Shopping Center. He made significant contributions to refreshing the shop mix of Polus Center, Campona, and many other countryside shopping centers. In 2016, he joined Immofinaz as a Group Leasing Manager, overseeing the CEE retail portfolio and development leasing. During this time, he was responsible for the refurbishment project of VIVO Bratislava and more than 10 greenfield developments for Stop Shop in the Czech Republic and Croatia.
