László Lelkes

Founder, CEO, economist. From 1998, he spent three years in Germany working on the development and operation of shopping centers at the European market leader, Hamburg-based ECE Projektmanagement GmbH. Among other things, he was responsible for the market launch of the Allee Center in Magdeburg as deputy manager, and then as manager he was responsible for the refurbishment of the company’s shopping center in Freiburg. From 2000, he was the director of the first project of ECE in Hungary, the ÁRKÁD Örs Vezér Tere shopping center. He is one of the founders and a member of the board of the Hungarian Shopping Center Association. From 2004, he was the head of real estate management and a member of the board of directors of TESCO Global Hungary. From 2006, he has been involved in the development of commercial parks, including for the Austrian Immofinanz AG. As a partner, he created the Stop Shop retail park in Békéscsaba. From 2009, on behalf of the Manchester-based investment company Lanebridge, he represented the owner and implemented the crisis management strategy of the Aréna Mall in Budapest. From 2014, he was the development manager of the Indotek Group’s retail portfolio, the creator and manager of the renovation and restructuring program for the plaza portfolio.
