László Bodzsár

László Bodzsár graduated from the Faculty of Architecture at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics in 1993, and has been working as an active designer ever since. He began his career at the creative architectural team of Artonic Design, where he worked with some interruptions until 2003. He was involved in several large projects that were implemented, including the design of hospital facilities (OORI), office buildings (Infopark), logistics centers (Airport Business Park), and multiplex cinemas. Between 1997 and 1998, he worked at a design office in Germany, gaining valuable experience. Since 2003, he has been designing residential and industrial buildings, facilities, and has wide-ranging professional experience in general planning, technical supervision, plan review, coordination, and execution. From 2014, he has been responsible for supervising several large railway and road construction projects that were financed by the European Union. From 2017, he worked on railway projects, including the construction of high-rise buildings and structures on the Budapest-Esztergom and Rákos-Hatvan lines, which were implemented as part of the NIF development. László has been working at LCP Development since May 2022, managing retail development projects from concept creation to implementation. In addition to his native language, he has conversational knowledge of German and English.
