László Apró has 22 years of real estate advisory experience in Central and Eastern Europe. In his work, he primarily prepared corporate real estate valuations, feasibility studies, and market research reports for commercial banks as well as domestic and international real estate advisory companies.From 2000 to 2012 and then from 2019 to 2021, he worked mainly on Hungarian real estate valuations. Between 2012 and 2018, he prepared real estate valuations, appraisal reviews, and market research studies for an Austrian commercial bank in the former Yugoslav states, as well as partially in Austria and Italy. Since April 2022, he has been working at LCP Development.
László’s native language is Hungarian, he speaks English fluently, and has a basic knowledge of German. Graduated as Bachelor of Science of Real Estate (BME); Economic Science and Engineering (PSZF) and Urban Planning (JPTE-PMMFK). He is a registered Real Estate Valuer and Broker, and has been a member of the Royal Institution of Charted Surveyor (MRICS) since 2011.
