Founder, CEO. He received his MSc in Architecture from the Faculty of Architecture at Budapest University of Technology and Economics in 1993, and subsequently worked as an architect at DYWIDAG, one of the largest German construction companies, in Munich. From 1995, he was a lead architect designer at Iparterv Design Company in Budapest, responsible for designing several public and industrial buildings. In the early 2000s, he managed the design tasks of ECE, a shopping mall developer based in Hamburg, in Hungary for four years. His major works during this period include the ÁRKÁD shopping centers in Budapest, Pécs, and Győr. He then moved to BIF Ltd., where he first worked as Director of Construction and later as CEO. He managed the entire real estate development process of several office and residential projects, including the Castrum House, Ü48, and Flórián Courtyard. As Director-General of Project Development, he oversaw the preparation and implementation of several significant state investments, such as the Ludovika University Campus, Groupama Arena, Duna Arena, MOME Campus, Puskás Arena, and the Budapest South-Gate Project master plan for urban development. In 2021, he co-founded LCP Development Kft. as a co-owner, where he has since been involved in the development of several significant shopping centers, offices, and residential projects.
